Miracle Ventures Private Limited operates three beloved brands – Nini’s Kitchen, Baked By Nini’s, and Niro. We’re looking for an Operations Executive to join us full-time and help strengthen the backbone of our operations as we continue to expand into new cities and new verticals.

What you’ll be responsible for

• Implementing and managing ERP systems across outlets including inventory, recipe standardization, and purchase order workflows
• Building, updating, and enforcing SOPs
• Running quality audits to ensure recipe adherence and consistency
• Driving menu and pricing analysis for new verticals and competition benchmarking
• Supporting menu development with research and data for new markets and expansion plans
• Implementing SOPs across culinary and operational functions to improve efficiency
• Analyzing MIS reports with a focus on cost optimization
• Managing all menu updates across online platforms and offline formats end-to-end
• Leading new packaging development and execution
• Running periodic hygiene exercises for both inventory and digital menu accuracy

Who this role is right for

Someone who enjoys structured thinking, operational discipline, and solving the small things before they become big things.

If you’ve spent at least 2 years working in F&B operations , have hands-on experience with restaurant processes, and understand the difference between theory and execution, you’ll enjoy this role.
