Job Description : Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Support and assist sales personnel with daily administrative and operational tasks, including preparing quotes, proposals, sales reports, and customer documentation.
• Coordinate effectively between the sales team, customers, and internal departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
• Manage ERP data, track leads, update sales records, and maintain accurate CRM entries.
• Schedule meetings, follow-ups, and sales activities for the sales team.
• Assist in order processing, invoicing, and delivery coordination to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and ensure prompt issue resolution.
• Track sales goals, key performance metrics, and progress throughout the sales pipeline.
• Maintain organized records and documentation to support smooth operations across the sales cycle.
• Prepare and manage tender documentation, submissions, and related compliance requirements.
• Follow up on pending offers, expected orders, payments, EMDs (Earnest Money Deposits), and SDs (Security Deposits).
