Job descriptionMinimum Education : Graduate / Postgraduate (No undergraduates) Experience Stability : No job hoppers — Minimum 1 year tenure in each role No employment gaps or “no-job” periods without valid reason Industry Experience : Real Estate preferred | BFSI, Wealth, Luxury Sales acceptable Manage inbound and outbound leads and convert them into sales. Understand client requirements and recommend property / investment options. Conduct site visits, client meetings, and property presentations. Drive monthly revenue targets through effective closing. Build strong client relationships for repeat and referral business. Lead, coach, and manage a team of RMs to achieve daily / weekly / monthly targets. Track team performance, productivity, and funnel management. Conduct daily huddles, training sessions, and performance reviews. Manage high-ticket clients, escalations, and major negotiations. Ensure achievement of team and individual revenue goals. Act as a bridge between management, operations, and on-ground teams. Excellent communication & negotiation skills Strong understanding of real estate markets and investment products Target-driven with high ownership Ability to handle premium clients and high-value transactions Leadership, strategic thinking, and team motivation (for Manager / Leader role) Fastest-growing real estate tech platform Aggressive career growth and leadership opportunities High-incentive earning structure Exposure to premium real estate and investment portfolios
