We’re Hiring : Graphic Designer (Senior Developer)

Location : [Hyderabad -Hybrid 3 Days to Office ]

Experience : 4 - 7 years

NP : Immediate Joiners Only

Skills : Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign and Illustrator)

About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a strong background in multi-page layout design , visual storytelling , and corporate communication . This role will involve working closely with our content, brand, and strategy teams to create high-quality print and digital materials such as onboarding brochures, client presentations, investment decks, and premium editorial documents.

You will be responsible for turning dense, text-heavy content into elegant, readable, and brand-aligned visual experiences that inspire trust and clarity especially for high-net-worth and corporate audiences.

Must-Have Qualifications

3–6 years of experience in professional graphic design, especially layout / editorial work
Strong portfolio showcasing long-form documents, brochures, brand books, or investor reports
Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign and Illustrator)
Excellent understanding of typography, grid systems, and layout principles
Experience creating designs adaptable for both print and screen delivery across various formats and resolutions
Familiar with accessibility best practices and content legibility in dense environments
Strong communication skills and openness to critique and iteration

Key Responsibilities

Design end-to-end multi-page brochures, whitepapers, onboarding kits, and presentation decks

Handle content-heavy layouts with precision — ensuring readability, rhythm, and typographic hierarchy

Collaborate with brand leads, content writers, and project stakeholders to interpret messaging visually

Develop design systems and component libraries for consistent document design

Choose and apply suitable typography, imagery, and color in line with brand standards

Export for multiple formats — print-ready PDFs, screen-optimized versions, and source files

Stay updated on design trends relevant to corporate and B2B design (fintech, consulting, enterprise)

Adapt designs across tools like Figma, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Keynote / PowerPoint where needed

Nice-to-Haves

Experience designing for finance, legal, consulting, or enterprise clients

Motion graphics or animation skills (After Effects, Lottie, etc.)

Familiarity with brand strategy or UX writing teams

Experience designing multilingual documents or localized variations
