- Fenergo is a leading provider of Client Lifecycle Management, AML / KYC Compliance, and Client Data Management solutions for investment, corporate, commercial, and private banks. DXC-Luxoft is looking for Fenergo experienced technical and development consultants to join our growing Fenergo practice and work on upcoming opportunities. The Fenergo Technical Consultant is responsible for delivering the Fenergo Product configured to the customer's specification.
Responsibilities :
You will be required to gather and document the financial institution's business requirements; understand their business model and processes; regulatory and operational challenges; lead workshops to resolve solution design issues; support development efforts throughout the entire Software Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC); and participate in training, documentation, and knowledge transfer activities.This is a client-facing role, requiring the successful individual to build strong relationships within the financial institution and project teams and act as the first point of contact with their senior stakeholders, IT / business analysts, and subject matter experts.You will play a critical role in establishing standardized, compliant risk frameworks that can be rapidly deployed across markets through configuration rather than code. This position will also focus on creating reusable integration frameworks for third-party risk services, defining comprehensive risk metrics, and ensuring regulatory compliance while maintaining operational efficiency.Translate complex banking and regulatory policies into implementable specifications and configurable rulesBring industry expertise in the CLM and client / customer journey digitization spaceSupport financial institutions in the building of their new Target Operating Model in the client / customer onboarding areaEnsure alignment with technical strategy, including decision engines, event-driven patterns, and risk monitoring frameworks.Prepare and lead requirement-gathering workshops with financial institutionsOffer innovation within the design discussion, influencing financial institutions in line with the Fenergo product offering and industry best practicesUnderstand, document, and help to close the gap between the financial institution's current or proposed way of proceeding with onboarding and Fenergo's core product offeringDeliver product demos in a structured and logical approachDocument the financial institution's scope and functional requirementsManage the functional documentation review and approval process with the financial institutionDocuments requirements for systems development - including use cases in an agile methodologyPrepare and deliver training sessions to the financial institution's business usersKeep up to date with product & regulatory changesMandatory Skills Description :
Minimum 5+ years of experience within the financial services industry and 2 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar analytical role.Broad and deep knowledge of financial services concepts, practices, and procedures, with an emphasis on Client life cycle management and Onboarding / KYC, AML, Risk, Regulations.Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.Teamwork / collaboration mindset with the ability to work with stakeholders throughout the organization.A robust understanding of full-cycle software development within an Agile framework and experience in Fenergo.Nice-to-Have Skills Description :
Knowledge of Fenergo Core Product SoftwareSQL and database queriesPrior experience in the configuration of a software applicationExperience with multi-tenant configurations, risk dashboards, and stakeholder management.
