Key Responsibilities :

• Provide expert advisory services in Canadian Corporate Restructuring with a focus on Amalgamations and Succession Planning .
• Assist clients in optimizing their tax strategies, ensuring compliance with Canadian tax laws and regulations.
• Manage Canada GST Services , including guidance on registration, filing, and compliance.
