Studio Operations Coordinator

Job descriptionOperate basic camera, microphone, lighting, and system setups. Handle OBS (Open Broadcaster Software) for recording and streaming support. Perform simple troubleshooting and report technical issues to the concerned team. Ensure all equipment is functioning properly at the start and end of the day. Maintain inventory of studio items and request replacements when required. Manage simple maintenance of AC, lighting, UPS, and cabling. Prepare daily and weekly studio usage reports. Coordinate with internal teams for studio bookings and technical support. Maintain accurate documentation of recordings and studio activity. 1–3 years of experience in studio operations or a similar role. Basic understanding of camera and audio setup. Must have knowledge of OBS (Open Broadcaster Software). Strong communication and coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
