Job Title : Workday Administrator

Location : Onsite (Hitech City, Hyderabad)

Type : Full-time

Shift : 2 PM – 10 PM EST or 4 PM – 12 AM EST

About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Workday Administrator to manage, maintain, and enhance our Workday HCM environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Workday configuration, security, integrations, reporting, and user support , along with a strong understanding of HR business processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Administer and support the Workday HCM platform , ensuring data accuracy, system performance, and user accessibility.
• Manage user access, security roles, and permissions in Workday.
• Configure and maintain business processes, notifications, condition rules, and validations within Workday.
• Support HR, Finance, and IT teams with Workday enhancements, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Build and maintain custom reports using Workday Report Writer and calculated fields.
• Execute EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) loads for data imports and updates.
• Support Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio) and coordinate with technical teams for enhancements.
• Participate in system testing, release management, and change control activities.
• Work closely with stakeholders to identify process improvements and optimize system performance.
• Maintain documentation of configurations, workflows, and system changes.
• Serve as a liaison between HR, IT, and third-party vendors to support continuous improvement of Workday functionality.
