Unity Game Development Mentor – Qualification Overview

We’re looking for someone who can guide aspiring developers through the Unity engine, from basic concepts to polished projects. The ideal mentor blends strong technical chops with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly and keep learners motivated.

Key Qualifications

• Unity Expertise : Minimum 8+ years of professional experience building games or interactive applications in Unity (C#). Portfolio showcasing a completed game (published or prototype) is required.
• Teaching Experience : Prior mentorship, tutoring, workshop facilitation, or corporate training—formal or informal—demonstrating the ability to break down technical topics for varied skill levels.
• Communication Skills : Clear, concise written and verbal communication;

comfortable conducting live sessions, providing code reviews, and giving constructive feedback.

willingness to continuously expand both teaching and development skills.
