We're Hiring : Business Development Manager – Embedded GUI Solutions (MCUs)

Location : Bengaluru

Are you passionate about embedded systems and business development? We're looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth and market adoption of our cutting-edge Embedded GUI solutions for MCUs .

What You’ll Be Doing

Identify, engage, and nurture new business opportunities for embedded GUI solutions tailored for MCUs.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to discover new growth opportunities across industries such as Automotive, Industrial Automation, Medical Devices, Consumer Electronics , and more.
Deliver tailored demos, presentations, and proofs of concept to illustrate solution value aligned with customer use cases.
Represent the company at webinars, conferences, workshops, and trade shows to build brand presence and generate leads.
Work closely with Product, R&D, and Marketing teams to provide market feedback and help shape product positioning.
Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure seamless handover and successful deal closure.

What You Bring

A proactive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently.

Willingness to travel frequently for customer meetings and industry events.

Bonus Points For

Experience as an FAE (Field Application Engineer) in the MCU space.

Hands-on involvement with GUI frameworks like TouchGFX, Embedded Wizard, LVGL, Emwin, CGI Studio, or MicroEJ.

Deep understanding of MCU graphics and ecosystem dynamics , including chip selection processes.

Familiarity with Embedded Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and QA best practices.
