Job Title : Senior Service Engineer (Analytical & Scientific

Location : Chennai

Industry : Analytics with Equipment

Salary - 8 LPA

Qualification :

Minimum Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Electronics &

Instrumentation Engineering.

Experience :

Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in handling Analytical & Scientific

equipment’s like AAS, ICP-OES, ED-XRF.

Job Description :

To provide customer support, repair and testing of all

instruments and performs field service calls and installations.

Responsible for the installation, training and getting the final

acceptance from the customer.

Maintenance of the installed instrument’s.

Maintain the demo equipment.

Providing customer phone and e-mail support.

Training customers on software and hardware of instrument.

Promoting service replacement parts, service contracts.

Responsible for getting the installations tools.

Monitoring the preparation quotations for service issue when

system out of warranty.

To prepare quotations for parts and service contract.

Provide all the necessary information to the service coordinator

to updated customer data base.

Salary : ₹. Between 60 K to 70 K per month.
