Job descriptionDevelop optimized database schemas for employee and financial data with focus on privacy and scalability Build RESTful / GraphQL APIs for seamless internal and external integrations Manage cloud infrastructure and ensure high availability Take end-to-end ownership from concept to deployment Evaluate emerging tools and technologies to accelerate development Contribute to architecture decisions and product roadmap in a startup setting Minimum 3 years of full-stack development experience in SaaS environments Preferably in FinTech, or HRTech based solutions React.Js / Next.Js HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+) Tailwind or Material UI Node.Js (Express / NestJS) OR Python (FastAPI / Flask / Django) PostgreSQL, MongoDB AWS / Azure / GCP Docker, Kubernetes CI / CD pipelines Git, GitHub / GitLab OAuth2, JWT, SSL / TLS, RBAC Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline Startup agility - You thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments Ownership mindset - You take pride in delivering quality work end-to-end Design thinking - You understand user needs and translate them into functional features Curiosity for AI - You're excited about learning and implementing AI technologies Problem-solving prowess - You can balance innovation with technical feasibility AWS Developer Associate / Google Cloud Developer certification Full-Stack Development Bootcamp / AI Integration Specialization Code quality AI model integration success and response latency System uptime and data accuracy API reliability and response time Delivery predictability and team collaboration Location : Chennai Job Type : Hybrid Job Grade : Grade B / Band 2 Reports To : Founder Team Structure : Individual contributor with cross-functional collaboration
