Job Opening : Quality Check Manager – Komal Kothari Location :  Uttarahalli, Bangalore

Experience :  2–3 Years

Salary Range :  ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month

About the Role :

We’re looking for a  Quality Check Manager  to oversee product quality across our menswear production line. The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail, a strong understanding of garment construction, and the ability to maintain the brand’s premium quality standards throughout every stage of production.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct end-to-end quality checks on garments during and after production.

Identify, document, and resolve issues related to stitching, embroidery, and finishing.

Ensure consistency in measurements, fitting, and overall craftsmanship.

Work closely with production, design, and finishing teams to uphold brand quality benchmarks.

Maintain inspection reports and suggest process improvements for better efficiency.

Requirements :

2–3 years of experience in garment quality control or production.

Strong technical understanding of fabrics, stitching, and finishing.

Excellent communication and team coordination skills.

Attention to detail and commitment to precision.

Compensation :  ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience and skill level)
