Key Responsibilities1. Financial Planning & Strategyo Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with businessgoals.o Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.2. Accounting & Complianceo Ensure accurate accounting as per applicable standards (IndAS / IFRS).o Oversee statutory compliance including GST, Income Tax, RERA, andother regulatory requirements.o Finalization of Balance Sheet and ensure compliance with all statutoryrequirements.3. Project Financeo Evaluate project feasibility and financial viability.o Monitor cost control and profitability for ongoing projects.4. Audit & Risk Managemento Coordinate internal and external audits.o Implement robust internal controls to mitigate financial risks.5. Stakeholder Managemento Interact with investors, lenders, and regulatory authorities.o Support senior leadership in strategic decision-making.6. SAP Implementationo Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP (FI / CO modules) for financeoperations.o Ensure smooth migration from legacy systems and train teammembers.7. IPO Implementationo Drive IPO readiness and execution in coordination with seniormanagement and external advisors.o Ensure compliance with SEBI and other regulatory requirements.o Manage financial due diligence, disclosures, and investorpresentations.Skills & Competencieso Strong knowledge of real estate finance, project costing, and revenuerecognition.o Expertise in taxation, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.o Experience in SAP implementation and ERP systems.o Excellent leadership, analytical, and negotiation skills.o Proficiency in advanced Excel and financial modeling.Preferred Backgroundo Experience in large-scale residential / commercial real estate projects.o Exposure to fundraising, joint ventures, investor relations, and IPOprocesses.
