Role : Customer Support Executive

We are looking for a proactive and empathetic Customer Support Executive to assist our

global customers, primarily based in the US. The ideal candidate should have excellent

communication skills, a strong grasp of support tools, and the ability to manage customer

queries with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities :

Respond to customer queries via email, chat, and support tickets in a timely and

professional manner.

Troubleshoot issues and guide users through product workflows and best practices.

Escalate complex technical problems to relevant teams and ensure prompt

resolution.

Maintain accurate records of interactions in the ticketing system.

Contribute to knowledge base documentation and process improvements.

Must-Have Skills :

Excellent English communication skills - both written and spoken.

Willingness to work night / early morning hours (1 AM onwards) to support the

US time zone.

2–3 years of experience in customer support or a similar client-facing role.

Tech-savvy with familiarity in ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom)

and CRM tools.

Strong problem-solving skills, patience, and customer-first attitude.

Good to Have :

Prior experience supporting SaaS products or B2B customers.

Understanding of basic technical troubleshooting or onboarding processes.
