Role Description

The Business Process Outsourcing Manager will oversee the development, execution, and optimization of outsourcing processes to ensure operational excellence and cost-efficiency. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Indore. The manager will be responsible for coordinating with teams, analyzing workflows, streamlining operations, managing outsourcing partnerships, and ensuring effective communication between stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Business Process optimization and outsourcing operations
• Strong Analytical Skills, with the ability to evaluate workflows and recommend improvements
• Excellent Communication skills to interact with teams, clients, and stakeholders effectively
• Knowledge of Finance principles and their application in outsourcing and process management
• Experience in managing teams and vendor relationships is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Capability to work on-site and lead process improvement initiatives
