Role : Enterprise Sales Lead

As an Enterprise Sales Lead , you’ll be at the forefront of NAKAD’s growth journey—owning the sales cycle end-to-end, building strategic relationships with enterprise clients, and driving adoption of our flagship ARP SaaS platform. You’ll work closely with the founders and leadership team to sell into top CXOs and promoters across industries.

This is a high-impact, high-ownership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and knows how to win big, complex deals.

Key Responsibilities

Build & Manage Sales Pipeline : Identify and target high-value enterprise accounts across sectors.

Lead Generation : Execute outbound efforts via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling to create qualified opportunities.

CXO Engagement : Deliver high-impact pitches and presentations to CXOs and promoters, alongside our leadership team.

End-to-End Sales : Own the full sales cycle—from lead qualification to contract negotiation and closure.

Client Onboarding : Oversee smooth onboarding and platform integration for enterprise customers.

Relationship Management : Develop deep, long-term partnerships with senior stakeholders to unlock upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with customer success and product teams to drive adoption and client satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

Experience : 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales with 3+ years in enterprise sales and full-cycle deal ownership.

Sales Expertise : Proven track record of closing large, complex deals and exceeding revenue targets.

CXO Selling : Experience engaging and influencing C-level executives and promoters.

Consultative Mindset : Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored, value-driven solutions.

Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills across phone, email, and in-person.
