Job Description :

• Installing & Configuring SCCM servers and their roles in the environment.
• Performing upgradation activities for the SCCM console.
• OSD- Customization of the OS, Creating Gold Image, Creating Task Sequence and performing troubleshooting steps.
• PXE boot configuration and troubleshooting on failed OSD deployments.
• WSUS activities like creating SUG, downloading content, distributing
• Testing the patches phase-wise for different workstations region-wise and their functionality by coordinating with other teams and troubleshooting on non-compliance machines.
• Deploy patches on Workstations and send reports to required stakeholders.
• Deploy patches on Servers during maintenance windows and sending reports to stakeholders.
• Application and Package creation, testing, deployment and advertising to collections.
• Performed In-Place upgrade activity migrating Win-7 machines to Win-10-Win 11
• Deploy Windows 11 feature updates to upgrade existing windows 10
• Boundaries, Boundary groups, and Distribution Point Groups.
• Compliance policies, Endpoint Policies, and BitLocker Encryption policies as per client requirements.
• BitLocker Encryption compliance policy deploys through SCCM and Install Recovery site to store recovery keys.
• Monitoring the health status of site system components and troubleshooting.
• Creation of Client setting, security roles, and assigning security roles.
• Installation and troubleshooting of SCCM client issues.
• Configuration of Report server and creating custom reports as per client requirements.
• Generating reports based on client requirements and sharing them with clients on a regular basis.
• Deploy and maintain the standard software packages to be up to date.
• Knowledge on Group Policies, Active directory.
• Script based packages and Knowledge on PowerShell Scripting, VB scripting, Shell scripting
• Vulnerability remediation, SLA Meet, Preparing reports Excel, PPT, etc...
• Troubleshooting Performance issue on Systems.
• Vulnerability management and Remediations

o Analyzing the weekly / monthly report and preparing remediation plans,

o Generating report from Qualys portal, Candidate should have minimum knowledge of Qualys tool.

o Working with different teams for remediating Vulnerabilities.

o Tracking / Monitoring remediation progress.

o Creating / Generating daily / weekly / monthly / Quarterly progress report and sharing / presenting with stakeholders.

o Preparing and Presenting CRs.

o Should be flexible for rotational shifts and 24 / 7 availability.
