Technical Documentation Specialist

Location : Preferrably Hyderabad / Chennai

Job Summary : As a Technical Content Writer, you’ll create clear, engaging documentation and tutorials that simplify complex SaaS features. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft user guides, release notes, and “how-to” content that enhances product understanding and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain product documentation including :
• User guides and knowledge base articles
• Product feature documentation
• Release notes and “What’s New” updates
• Product tours and walkthroughs
• Develop “How-to” videos , tutorials, and quick-start demos that simplify product usage.
• Work with product and marketing teams to ensure consistency in voice, tone, and accuracy across all content.
• Continuously improve documentation based on feedback from internal teams and customers.
• Quickly learn new tools, products, and technologies to translate technical information into accessible content.
