Job descriptionAdobe Experience Platform (AEP) Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Adobe Analytics Adobe Tags Hands-on expertise with AEP and AJO, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Apply functional marketing and AEP technology expertise to enterprise processes, ensuring consistency, compliance, and efficiency for a unified customer experience. Support discussions with business partners to translate requirements into architecture solutions, from design to code level. Drive process adherence, utilizing templates, best practices, and available capabilities. Collaborate with Client TSIs, IT leads, and business stakeholders to develop integrated solutions and resolve dependencies. Provide technical oversight and guidance to customer journey development teams. Review and validate journey business requirement documents to support journey build and optimization activities. Deliver training support, including in-platform shadowing and demos for client associates. Apply knowledge and best practices of Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Journey Optimizer, and Customer Journey Analytics to deliver scalable solutions.
