Key Responsibilities
- Support the Strategy and Business Operations team in daily priorities, inter-department coordination, and task tracking
- Capture, document, and circulate minutes of meetings with clearly defined action points and timelines
- Manage and schedule meetings for the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO), ensuring effective time and priority management
- Handle travel arrangements, ticketing, logistics, and hospitality for leadership, guests, government officials, and industry leaders
- Maintain and update daily reporting trackers to provide timely visibility to leadership
- Assist in approvals management and monitor daily attendance tracking
- Draft letters, reports, and official communications for both internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate seamlessly with multiple departments to ensure the execution of leadership directives
