Job Title : Relationship Manager – Home Loan Sales (Channel Manager)

Job Summary :
The Relationship Manager will be responsible for selling home loan products through different sales channels. The person will build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners to increase business and achieve sales target.
Key Responsibilities :
Promote and sell home loan products to customers through channels like DSAs (Direct Selling Agents), builders, and other partners.
Develop good relationships with channel partners and maintain regular follow-ups.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Guide customers through the loan process and explain eligibility, documentation, and offers.
Coordinate with internal teams for loan approvals and disbursements.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and customer needs.
Required Skills :
Good communication and relationship-building skills.
Basic understanding of home loan processes and financial products.
Ability to achieve sales targets and handle pressure.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Qualification & Experience :
Graduate (any stream).
1–3 years of experience in home loan or financial sales preferred.
