Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, promoting best practices and providing technical guidance across projects.
- Drive the design, development, and delivery of complex Salesforce solutions, with a focus on Energy and Utilities Cloud or similar industry implementations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable Salesforce architectures.
- Manage backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria in an Agile delivery environment.
- Facilitate stakeholder discussions, technical workshops, and customer presentations.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, particularly within energy and utilities contexts (billing, metering, demand response, etc.).
- Contribute to innovation and continuous improvement in solution design, development, and team culture.
What You'll Bring :
Minimum of 4 years of experience in Salesforce development and implementation, including team leadership.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC), OmniStudio, and Salesforce APIs.Experience with OmniStudio is mandatoryExperience with EPC (Enterprise Product Catalog) (mandatory)Experience leading and mentoring development teams, providing technical guidance, and driving best practices in Salesforce development.Demonstrated experience working with or within the energy and utilities industry.Familiarity with industry-specific processes such as customer data management, regulatory compliance, and billing systems.Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and deliver results on time.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and guide teams.Desire to learn, grow, and stay updated with evolving Salesforce technologies and trends.Desirable Certifications :
