About the Role :

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Inside Sales Lead Manager to drive revenue growth in our professional certification business. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in selling global certification programs such as PMI, PeopleCert, Axelos, Scrum Alliance, Scaled Agile, and Cybersecurity courses.

This role involves managing the entire sales cycle—from lead generation and nurturing to closure—while ensuring an exceptional experience for learners and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage inbound and outbound leads for certification courses and convert them into sales.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend the right certification programs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with individual learners and corporate clients.
  • Work closely with marketing and operations teams to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Manage CRM systems to track leads, opportunities, and sales performance.
  • Mentor and guide the inside sales team to achieve sales goals.
  • Conduct product demos and presentations to prospective clients when required.
  • Analyze sales metrics and share regular reports with management.

Required Skills & Experience :

  • Between 7–12 years of experience in inside sales or lead management within the EdTech or training industry.
  • Strong understanding of professional certification programs like PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, Scrum, SAFe, or Cybersecurity (CISSP, CEH, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience using CRM tools (LeadSquared, Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple leads efficiently.
  • Education :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • MBA preferred but not mandatory.
