We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who’s seen enough of the landscape to know : real growth doesn’t come from hacks — it comes from systems. This role is for someone who’s not just optimizing campaigns, but building thinking frameworks.

What You'll Be Responsible For :

  • Leading strategy + execution across G Ads , Meta , and other relevant platforms
  • Managing ad budgets with a clear sense of pacing, testing, and ROI
  • Defining what success should look like — and aligning teams around it
  • Turning data into direction, not just reports
  • Being the performance voice in creative, product, and growth conversations

We Think You Might Be Right If You :

  • Have 3–6 years of experience in performance-driven media
  • Can balance ROAS with brand goals — and explain the trade-offs
  • Know when to scale, pause, or say “this isn’t worth it”
  • Communicate clearly, without fluff
  • Want to do fewer things — better
