Through Sukoon Hospitals , we deliver evidence-based inpatient and outpatient care across major cities. We have 5 facilities across Delhi NCR, Bangalore and Hyderabad. We're on track to build 40 such facilities with 1200+ beds.

Through Sukoon Workplace , we partner with organizations to bring structured mental health care to employees and their families—combining individual therapy, proactive detection, and system-wide insights. We have 30K employees in care and the ambition to scale this to 500K individuals.

Through Sukoon On Campus , we run full-stack mental health programs inside India’s top universities—integrating education, detection, and treatment directly into the student journey. We have 15K students under our care and have our sights set at 500K students across India by 2032.

About the Role

You will be the first Dietician embedded into Sukoon’s student mental health ecosystem. Your role goes beyond cafeteria plans or weight-loss diets — you will design nutrition frameworks that optimize mental health, cognitive performance, recovery, and long-term health span for India’s brightest students.

We’re building a program where food is medicine, fuel, and mood regulator — and your expertise will bridge science with everyday student life.

Key Responsibilities

1. Precision Nutrition for Mental Health

Develop nutrition protocols that directly impact mood, focus, sleep, and resilience (e.g., anti-inflammatory diets for depression, low-glycemic plans for anxiety).

Work with psychiatrists & psychologists to integrate diet as part of treatment plans.

2. Performance & Longevity Protocols

Create student-friendly frameworks inspired by athletic nutrition and longevity science (zone-2 fueling, circadian eating, micronutrient testing, hydration protocols).

Pilot “mental performance stacks” (Omega-3, creatine, adaptogens) aligned with global best practices.

3. Data-Driven Personalization

Use wearable, lab, and psychometric data (sleep, HRV, blood panels, gut health markers) to build personalized nutrition blueprints .

Track measurable outcomes like cognitive scores, energy ratings, and metabolic health markers.

4. Community & Education

Deliver workshops : “Food for Focus,” “Sleep & Nutrition,” “Managing Stress Cravings,” etc.

Collaborate with Sukoon Café team to curate longevity-inspired menus (protein-rich snacks, nootropic beverages, recovery bowls).

Ideal Candidate

Education : Master’s in Nutrition / Dietetics (bonus : specialization in clinical or performance nutrition).

Experience : 3–6 years in high-performance, clinical, or longevity settings (athletes, corporates, hospitals).

Mindset : Evidence-based, outcome-obsessed, approachable, able to translate complex science into actionable daily routines for students.

Edge : Familiarity with wearables, functional medicine, nutrigenomics, and supplement protocols.

What Success Looks Like (12–18 months)

Every student gets a personalized nutrition playbook linked to their mental health journey.

Sukoon Café becomes known for brain-boosting food and drink options .

Nutrition is embedded as a core upcharge service (blood work panels, 1 : 1 consults, meal plans).

Published outcomes show measurable improvements in student focus, sleep, and resilience scores .
