Senior In-house legal Counsel

The role involves providing legal counsel on corporate matters, preparing and reviewing legal documents, negotiating contracts, and offering legal advice on a variety of subjects. The Senior Legal Counsel will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure compliance and support the organization's operations effectively.

• Expertise in Law, including a solid understanding of corporate legal frameworks and compliance requirements
• Proficiency in Contract Negotiation and the preparation of detailed, accurate Legal Documents
• Experience in resolving Legal Issues and providing strategic Legal Advice to support business goals
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
