Assertion is expanding rapidly, and we are looking for energetic, motivated, and articulate Sales Interns to join our growing team across Bangalore and Pune. We are hiring for three distinct roles —please review the details below and apply to the one that fits you best.

1.    Sales Intern - India Market

Location : Bangalore (In Office)

Shift Timing : 11 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM

Languages Required : English + Kannada

Role Overview

You will work closely with our India sales leadership to promote Assertion’s solutions in the domestic market. This role involves active customer outreach, following up on leads, supporting demos, and helping build the India pipeline.

2.    Sales Interns - US Market

Location : Pune (Hybrid)

Shift Timing : 7 : 00 PM – 3 : 00 AM (US Shift)

Languages Required : US English (spoken & written)

Role Overview

You will engage US-based prospects, pitch our solutions, qualify leads, and support the US sales funnel. Ideal for candidates comfortable with night shifts and global customer interaction.

3.    Sales Intern – CEO Office Support

Location : Pune (Hybrid)

Shift Timing : 10 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM

Languages Required : English (spoken & written)

Role Overview

Work directly with the CEO’s office on strategic initiatives, internal communication, research support, and high-priority sales coordination. Ideal for someone seeking leadership exposure in a technology-driven organization.

Basic Requirements (All Roles)

• Graduates in any stream from a reputed institution
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Good interpersonal ability and confidence in talking to customers
• Willingness to learn technology products and solution selling
• Professional attitude, discipline, and ownership of responsibilities
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Basic computer skills : email, CRM usage, documentation, presentations
• Commitment to assigned shift timings
• Comfortable working from the office or hybrid (depending on the role)

What You’ll Gain

Stipend Per Month : Rs. 10000 - 15000
