IFS Administrator (15h Left)

As a IFS Admin, you will :

• Manage and maintain our IFS ERP infrastructure : installation, configuration, security, and upgrades.
• Take ownership of database administration : backup, recovery, performance, scalability.
• Ensure high availability, reliability, and data integrity for both IFS and the underlying databases.
• Design, implement, and test disaster recovery & failover mechanisms.
• Automate recurring administrative and DBA tasks to streamline operations and reduce manual work.
• Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues and performance bottlenecks proactively.
• Collaborate with functional teams, infra / network / security teams, and sometimes vendors, to deliver solutions aligned with business needs.
• Mentor / guide junior DBAs or IFS admins; share knowledge and promote best practices.
• Maintain documentation : system configurations, recovery procedures, SOPs, escalation paths.
• Be part of on-call / emergency support for critical production issues as required.
