Job descriptionLead Salesforce projects end-to-end — from strategy to deployment. Mentor developers and administrators; drive best practices and code quality. Champion architectural excellence and DevOps maturity. Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST / SOAP APIs and middleware ( MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica ). Build robust solutions with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flows . Automate processes and enhance system scalability. Partner with business stakeholders and IT teams to translate needs into architecture. Serve as the Salesforce technical advisor across departments. Enforce governance, security, and development standards. Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field . 8–12 years in Salesforce development and architecture . Proven record of delivering enterprise-level Salesforce implementations . Exposure to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Health Cloud preferred. Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC) , Salesforce Flows. Salesforce data architecture, security, and integration patterns. REST / SOAP APIs, middleware, CI / CD pipelines, Git , and DevOps. Strong leadership, mentoring, and analytical abilities. Excellent communication with technical and non-technical teams. Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Regular day shift. Onsite role in Coimbatore (occasional extended hours for project deadlines).
