The Role
You will be responsible for :
- Handling outbound calls
- Recovering loans from the customer
- Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
- Escalating customer feedback as required.
Process : Incred (Loan recovery collection)
Rotational Week Off with general Shift
Ideal Profile
Experience : 6 months to 1 year
Skillset : Strong communication
Languages : English, Tamil and Kannada to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region
