The Head of Department – BBA will lead the department in academic planning, curriculum development, faculty coordination, and student engagement. The role involves managing teaching quality, ensuring regulatory compliance, and building industry linkages to enhance the department’s academic and placement outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Academic leadership and curriculum planning
• Faculty and student management
• Strong communication and administrative abilities
• Knowledge of NEP, UGC / AICTE norms
• Industry collaboration and research orientation

Qualifications

Master’s in Management / Commerce (minimum 55%)

Ph.D. or NET / SET preferred

Teaching and academic leadership experience required
