Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Specialist, located in Ghaziabad with flexibility for some remote work. The Specialist will manage day-to-day HR operations, including implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and handling personnel management. The role involves supporting recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company regulations. The HR Specialist will also foster a positive workplace environment and support organizational development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Proficiency in creating and implementing HR policies and managing employee benefits
• Proven expertise in personnel management and employee relations
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Understanding of labor laws and employment regulations
• Experience with HR software and tools is an advantage
