Key Responsibilities :

  • Client Relationship Management :
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Understand client business needs, organizational culture, and specific job requirements.
  • Advise clients on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
  • Candidate Sourcing & Management :
  • Utilize various sourcing channels (e.g., job boards, social media, professional networks, databases, referrals) to identify and attract top talent.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
  • Provide career guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Manage candidate expectations and maintain consistent communication.
  • Recruitment Process Management :
  • Prepare compelling candidate profiles and present them to clients.
  • Coordinate interviews, manage feedback, and facilitate offer negotiations.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding transition for placed candidates.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in the ATS / CRM system.
  • Market Intelligence :
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, talent landscapes, and competitive intelligence.
  • Contribute to market research and analysis to inform recruitment strategies.
  • Business Development (if applicable) :
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Engage in networking activities to build a professional presence.
