Job descriptionTo be a brand evangelist for Deluxe, in how the communication is done with external parties, on social media and in marketing decks. To build and maintain marketing decks for various regions as needed in a timely manner. To work in newsletters for various regions, reach out to HR and Business to understand current events within the office to feed into the newsletter To maintain and publish social media posts for Deluxe by adhering to the corporate communications framework set in the company. To be present in person to ensure the needs of the marketing team are met during events and gatherings in the office. To be in tune with what's happening in the industry, suggest and enable industry event participation for employees, cover the same on social media. To monitor social media trends, SEO for brand adoption and hiring, and enable Deluxe to be visible in the India market. Proactively collaborating with business leaders on areas where we can improve from a marketing standpoint. Communicating marketing initiatives with business leaders regularly, measuring success with data-driven approach like number of posts, events, reactions, time taken to post from event occurrence (recency) etc. Bachelor's degree in marketing, media production, communications, or a related field preferred. Proven experience in social media marketing, SEO and other marketing activities. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. Flexible to meet the needs of the role, to attend events onsite or other locations. Confidence in dealing with executive management, leadership and ability to speak in townhalls and large gatherings.

About the role
As an Assistant Manager for Deluxe Marketing, you carry the Deluxe brand in your day-to-day. As a brand evangelist, you will assist the global team in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and decks, analyzing market trends, and managing various promotional activities both local and in other regions. You are well-connected with the teams in Deluxe, creative and suggesting way to promote the company's values and activities, detail-oriented to ensure content fits the marketing framework laid out by Deluxe Corporate, and possesses strong communication skills, written and verbal.
