A) Role & Responsibilities
Support Business growth of Services Business by developing tailored solutions to meet client requirements
Solution Leadership for Large Complex RFPs : Act as the lead architect for complex large-scale RFPs—develop solution constructs, win themes, response strategy, and customized storyboards aligned to client objectives.
Executive Alignment : Collaborate closely with senior leadership to align solution strategy, secure timely approvals, and ensure governance for RFP submissions.
Stakeholder Management : Interface with global internal teams including business development and delivery as well as external client stakeholders to shape offerings that are both competitive and deliverable.
Team Leadership : Guide Junior team members to develop RFP Response including creating high-impact presentations, plan bandwidth allocation in the team to strategic opportunities, manage escalations, performance of the team
Team Development : Strengthen capabilities of the solution design team; ensure a positive work environment and high-quality deliverables
Pricing Strategy : Develop pricing strategy and deal structuring; secure alignment and approvals from senior leadership
B) Competencies Required
Consulting / Solution Design / Delivery or Procurement and Supply chain consulting experience is preferred. Consulting Business development experience will be an added advantage
Consulting Expertise : Proven experience in procurement or supply chain consulting with strong exposure to sourcing, category management and procurement Ops
Pre-Sales Experience : Prior experience supporting RFPs, solution design, or sales pursuits in a consulting, services, or SaaS environment.
Storyboarding & Communication : Exceptional written and visual storytelling skills; ability to distill complex ideas into compelling narratives.
Executive Presence : Comfortable working with and presenting to C-level stakeholders and internal senior leadership.
Analytical Thinking : Strong problem-solving and quantitative skills; able to translate data and insights into strategic recommendations.
Project Management : Skilled at managing multiple pursuits simultaneously, with strong focus on quality and deadlines.
Leadership : Experience in leading cross-functional teams in high-pressure, high-visibility environment
