Role Overview - We are looking for an Omnichannel E-commerce & Growth Manager to lead and scale PWPL’s portfolio of brands across D2C websites, online marketplaces, and offline retail. The role focuses on revenue growth, product execution, marketplace management, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Business Strategy & Growth
- Develop and execute growth strategies to expand market share.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, alliances, and distribution partnerships across India and global markets.
- Build data-driven strategies for profitability and sustainable growth.
- Oversee new product development from concept to commercialization.
Product & Market Development
Lead the full product lifecycle - ideation, sourcing, design, branding, pricing & launch.Collaborate with manufacturing partners to ensure quality, safety, and innovation.Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and technologies.Use analytics to track performance, consumer behavior, and marketing impact.Guide pricing, assortment, and inventory planning through data insights.Establish feedback systems from customer insights to refine strategies.Retail Marketplace Management (Online & Offline)
Oversee sales across D2C platforms, marketplaces, and retail channels.Lead website strategy, user experience, and digital customer journeys.Optimize marketing funnels and conversion metrics with marketing teams.Ensure consistent brand, pricing, and service standards across channels.Supervise logistics, warehousing, and customer service for seamless operations.Responsible for managing and increasing the sales through Institutional Customers (B2B).Brand & Community Development
Maintain brand consistency, tone, packaging standards, and design guidelines across platforms.Build a loyal community through engagement and advocacy programs.Leadership & Collaboration
Lead and mentor cross-functional teams across business development, operations, marketing, and logistics.Collaborate with the leadership team to align the Company's strategy with group goals.Foster a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.Business Development & Partnerships
Forge partnerships with relevant brands, distributors, and international suppliers.Collaborate with communities, clinics, and influencers for advocacy.Negotiate and manage contracts, vendor relations, and strategic alliances.Qualifications & Experience
Mandatory experience with E-commerce websites such as Amazon, Shopify, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.5+ years of experience in e-commerce management, operations, or product management (preferably in pet care, beauty wellness, consumer tech, or D2C / e-commerce).Proven track record of launching or scaling consumer products.Expertise in strategic planning, operational execution, and data-driven decisions.Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.MBA or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or Operations preferred.
