This role is crucial in ensuring compliance with client-specific policies, local labor laws, and internal governance standards. The ideal candidate will bring strong stakeholder management skills, vendor coordination experience, and a sharp eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities :

Onsite BGV Oversight

• Manage end-to-end BGV lifecycle for employees deployed at client sites.
• Ensure alignment with client-specific onboarding and compliance policies.
