The Project Head will be responsible for ensuring engineering excellence, maintenance reliability, and seamless project execution while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance. • Nature of Work : Lead capital-intensive projects such as Ammonia, Urea, DAP, and Chemical plants — from concept to commissioning — ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Education : B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering (preference for Chemical Engineers handling complex process projects)
• Experience : 20+ years of experience across project management, operations, maintenance, and engineering within fertilizers or petrochemicals, including a minimum of 8 years in project leadership roles .
• Key Stakeholders : Business Head, MD / Board, and cross-functional collaboration with Finance, HR, Legal, regulatory authorities, vendors, contractors, and consultants.
• Industry Preference : Heavy Chemicals, Petrochemicals, Fertilizers — professionals with strong exposure to process technologies, compliance frameworks, and vendor ecosystems essential to project success.
