What You’ll Do Train students in Spoken English, Vocabulary, Grammar fundamentals & Fluency Teach Corporate Communication : email writing, meeting etiquette, presentation skills Conduct Mock HR Interviews, Group Discussions (GD), and JAM sessions Help students improve body language, confidence, voice modulation, and clarity Design activities, games, and role plays to make sessions engaging & practical Give individual feedback and create improvement plans for each student Work closely with Tech Trainers to align communication skills with interview needs Help build placement-ready students who can clear HR rounds confidently What You Bring ✅ 5+ years of experience in Communication / Soft Skills / Spoken English Training ✅ Strong command over English (spoken & written) ✅ Ability to explain concepts in simple, clear language (Hindi / Telugu mix is a plus) ✅ Experience training Engineering / Degree freshers for placements ✅ Passion for mentoring, correcting, and encouraging students We value energy, empathy, and patience more than just certificates. • Experience preparing students for IT / Corporate interviews
• Knowledge of HR interview patterns, common questions & evaluation criteria
• Experience designing workshops, activities, and assessments for communication
