Candidate Expectations :

• Experience : 1-3 years in direct sales, preferably B2B sales experience in SaaS or technology sectors.
• Core Skills : Excellent communication, influencer abilities, and an engaging personality.
• Mindset : Performer mindset with clarity in both short-term and long-term goals.
• Sales Expertise : Proven experience in end-to-end sales, from lead generation to conversion.
• Customer Interaction : Must excel in selling on calls and be open to in-person customer meetings.
• Technical Acumen : Basic understanding of technology; SaaS product experience is preferred
• Passion for Sales : You must love sales and have a strong drive to achieve incentives while exceeding targets.
• Tools : Proficient in CRM software and other sales-related tools.
