Position Overview :
The Event Operations Executive will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing on-ground brand activations, promotional campaigns, and events. The role involves handling both ATL (Above The Line) and BTL (Below The Line) activities — ensuring flawless execution, vendor coordination, and cost-effective operations that deliver impactful brand experiences.
Key Responsibilities :
Planning & Execution
- Assist in planning and executing ATL and BTL activation campaigns, roadshows, exhibitions, mall promotions, and corporate events.
- Coordinate with the client servicing and creative teams to understand campaign objectives and deliverables.
- Prepare event flow, manpower plans, logistics schedules, and vendor briefs.
- Oversee on-ground event setup, branding, and execution to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Vendor & Logistics Management
Source, negotiate, and manage vendors for fabrication, printing, production, and logistics.Ensure all materials, equipment, and manpower are in place before the event.Manage budgets, track expenses, and maintain cost efficiency throughout the project.On-ground Supervision
Supervise event crew, promoters, and brand ambassadors during activations.Handle permissions, venue coordination, and troubleshooting on-site.Ensure brand compliance and client satisfaction during execution.Reporting & Analysis
Prepare post-event reports, feedback summaries, and MIS data.Provide insights for improving operations and future activations.Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.5+ years of experience in event operations or BTL activation roles.Strong vendor management, negotiation, and budgeting skills.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Good communication and leadership skills for on-ground team coordination.Ability to work under pressure and travel extensively.Preferred Experience :
Experience in executing large-scale activations, product launches, corporate events, or brand promotions.Knowledge of fabrication, production materials, and technical setups (AV, lighting, staging).Familiarity with experiential marketing and modern activation trends.Warm regards,
