Role : Experimentation & Optimization Specialist
Experience : 7+ years
Location : Permanent Remote
Your Impact :
- Plan, execute, and analyze A / B and multivariate tests using Adobe Target and Optimizely , driving measurable improvements in user experience and conversion.
- Independently generate innovative testing ideas, create structured hypotheses, and deliver actionable insights post-testing.
- Own the complete end-to-end experimentation lifecycle—from ideation to execution, QA, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
- Identify optimization opportunities using strong analytical skills and evaluate data from multiple sources.
- Build ad-hoc reports and dashboards using BI tools such as Looker, Power BI, or Tableau , and automate reporting where required.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Analytics, UX, Engineering, and Marketing.
- Define KPIs and metrics for experiments, ensuring clear measurement and transparent reporting.
- Ensure 100% accuracy in test setup, configuration, audience targeting, and result analysis.
- Utilize strong expertise in GA4, Adobe Analytics (Omniture), DCM , and the broader AdTech / Web Analytics ecosystem.
- Stay updated on platform enhancements, industry trends, and continuously refine optimization processes and methodologies.
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement and champion data-driven decision-making across teams.
Candidate Profile :
Essential Skills & Experience :
7+ years of experience working with Adobe Target, Optimizely, or Monetate.2-3 years hands-on development experience (JavaScript, custom code, tags, experiment setup).2+ years experience designing, executing, and reporting on A / B and multivariate tests.Strong analytical capabilities with experience in BI tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau).Expertise with GA4, Adobe Analytics, DCM, and broader Web / AdTech ecosystems.Ability to independently manage end-to-end experimentation workflows.Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration experience.Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master’s or Analytics degree is a plus).Adobe Target or Optimizely certifications are a strong advantage.Preferred Skills :
