4 key SAP Transactional systems in Unilever are supporting business worth 50+ billion Euros across Business Groups, spread across 200 countries with over 50000+ users. Core ERP's operate in a complex landscape where they in turn are connected to multiple KFAS systems like Coupa, DCIW, Blackline, Plasma etc for core finance business operations. The Core ERP Finance & Controls DevOps team is responsible to enable business across the Globe by deploying solutions on Core ERP systems which provides the necessary IT solutions for Finance and dependent processes. The team is responsible for both Development and Operations across 4 Core ERPs & in Controls applications (used for automated monitoring of GFCF). The team also brings in Innovations which enables business to be more agile, informed, and productive. The team plays a critical role in ensuring that there is zero disruption to business across the globe P2P, R2R and Fixed Assets processes. For instance, MEC support is one of the most critical activities of Core ERP Finance DevOps team. Working with SI, the team is responsible to resolve FI related Service requests & Incidents from users across the Globe with fast Turn Around Time. The Team constantly innovates to bring satisfaction, make the system more resilient, robust & provides solutions which lead to business benefits and deliver faster solutions through Automation and other capabilities.

Product Manager- Finance & Controls is responsible for right functional design and development of Solutions and managing IT operations for Finance across core ERPs and the Controls applications built on SAP.

Essential Skills
▪ Minimum 8-12 years in SAP relevant functional Domain (SAP FI & CO) and integrated modules like SD / MM etc
▪ Experience driven understanding of SAP S / 4 HANA's architecture, functionalities, modules, and integration points. Experience on implementing S / 4 HANA – Green or Brownfield
▪ Experience in managing IT Operations with global coverage and large-scale teams
▪ Experience working in a global context and understanding the nuances of working across different cultures and regions. The ability to adapt management styles and communication to suit diverse teams is valuable.
▪ Proficiency in addressing conflicts that may arise within cross-functional teams or among stakeholders and finding constructive solutions to maintain positive working relationships.
▪ Technical knowledge in upgrades, performance management and archiving
▪ Experience in Fiori and UI5 development
▪ Experience in developing and scaling digital innovations
▪ In-depth knowledge in Finance RTR, COPA, Tax & Treasury & Supply Chain Finance. Including other processes like P2P / M2D / O2C in SAP
▪ Experience in surrounding non-ECC ecosystem for Finance & Reporting such as Blackline, Bank Payments, Coupa, Concur etc.
▪ Good experience in managing IT Operations with global coverage and teams
▪ Technical knowledge in upgrades, performance management and archiving
▪ Experience in developing and scaling digital innovations
