One of our companies is currently looking for an Enterprise Marketing professional in India .

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and strategic B2B marketer to lead enterprise growth initiatives in one of the company’s fastest-growing regions. As an Enterprise Marketing lead, you will collaborate closely with the regional GM to shape the go-to-market strategy, drive lead generation, and create meaningful engagement with enterprise prospects in the Indian market. You will be responsible for adapting successful global marketing approaches to local needs while developing new campaigns, content, events, and partnerships that resonate within the region. This role offers high visibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to shape the growth of a cutting-edge AI company in a key global market.

Accountabilities :

  • Develop and execute the India-specific enterprise marketing strategy in alignment with global goals.
  • Generate demand through local campaigns, events, webinars, sponsorships, and digital channels.
  • Localize existing sales collateral and growth initiatives from the US / EU for relevance in the Indian market.
  • Create engaging content for lead nurturing, thought leadership, and awareness campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the performance marketing team on ABM and retargeting strategies.
  • Partner with Sales to align marketing efforts with pipeline goals and drive measurable impact.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or tech-driven industries.
  • Strong knowledge of the Indian market and audience preferences.
  • Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
  • Solid foundation in product marketing, including customer segmentation and messaging strategy.
  • Comfortable with data analysis (Google Sheets, SQL) to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
  • Self-starter with a high degree of ownership, autonomy, and a bias for action.
  • Bonus if experienced in any of the following : SEO, affiliate marketing, cold email campaigns, or performance marketing.
