Location : Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur preferred)

Full-Time | Hybrid / Remote Flexibility

Preferred Candidate : Experience in sales, business development, or strategic

partnerships within the TTLH sectors (Travel& Tour, Logistics, Hospitality, Aviation) with a proven track record of success in the

APAC region.

Role Overview :

  • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to spearhead our TTLH vertical across the Asia-Pacific region.
  • The ideal candidate will possess deep industry expertise, established relationships within the TTLH sectors, and a strong background in AI-driven B2B technology sales.
  • This role is pivotal in driving growth and establishing our presence in key APAC markets.

Key Leadership : Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for A TTLH solutions across APAC, aligning with the company's global objectives.

Business Development : Identify and secure new business opportunities, leveraging existing relationships and industry knowledge to drive revenue growth.

Partnership Management : Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including clients, industry bodies, and technology partners.

Team Building : Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales and business development team to achieve regional targets.

Market Analysis : Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities.

Client Engagement : Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their unique challenges and delivering tailored AI solutions that drive business value.

Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, and Delivery, to ensure seamless execution of projects and initiatives.

Experience :

  • 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or strategic partnerships within the TTLH sectors, with a proven track record of success in the APAC region.
  • Industry Knowledge : Deep understanding of the TTLH industries, including current trends, challenges, and opportunities.

    AI & Tech Proficiency : Strong grasp of AI technologies and their application in business contexts, particularly in enhancing customer experiences and operational efficiency.

    Preferred Attributes

    Regional Expertise : Familiarity with the business landscape and cultural nuances of key APAC markets, including Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, and Vietnam.

    Network : Established relationships with decision-makers and influencers within the TTLH sectors.
