Job Summary :
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Backend Sales Executive The ideal candidate will support the sales team by managing client communications, processing orders, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring smooth execution of sales operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound and outbound sales queries via email, phone, and CRM systems.
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and sales documents with clients.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and production teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and reports.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve post-sales issues.
- Assist the sales team in market research and identifying potential leads.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to support sales strategy.
- Good understanding of electronic components and products.
- Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
