Position Overview
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced HR Manager to lead and oversee all HR functions of our healthcare organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, conducting training sessions for staff and doctors, and ensuring a productive and compliant workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, implement, and regularly update HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including manpower planning, job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Plan and conduct induction, soft skills, compliance, and process training sessions for staff, doctors, and managerial teams.
- Monitor employee performance and organizational culture, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Maintain HR records, payroll coordination, leave management, and other administrative documentation.
- Drive employee engagement programs and performance appraisal systems.
- Advise management on organizational structure, resource optimization, and HR initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory obligations, and healthcare regulations.
Qualification / Skills :
Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline.Minimum 5 years of hands-on HR experience, preferably in healthcare or service-based industries.Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.Proven ability to design and implement HR initiatives that improve workplace efficiency.Skilled in conducting training sessions and performance reviews.What We Offer :
