Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Kerala, India. The Human Resources Manager will oversee strategic HR planning, recruitment, and employee relations while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing talent acquisition, developing employee engagement programs, conducting performance evaluations, and handling administrative HR tasks. The role also requires fostering a positive work culture and assisting leadership with workforce development initiatives.
Qualifications
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition skills, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution skills for fostering a positive workplace environment
Proficiency in HR Administration tasks such as handling payroll, managing benefits, and ensuring compliance
Strong understanding of Performance Management, including evaluations and feedback mechanisms
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills for collaboration with employees at all levels
Experience in Training and Development to support staff growth and continuous learning
Familiarity with relevant labor laws and HR best practices
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (advanced certification is a plus)
