Compliance Associate / Document Verifier

Job Title : Compliance Associate

Department : Student Success

Location : Gurugram (WFO)

Working Days and Time : 5.5 days (working on odd Saturdays), 9 AM to 6 PM

Must Have :

Work Experience : 1-3 years as a Compliance Associate / Document Reviewer

Skills : Basic knowledge of Excel (including VLOOKUP and XLOOKUP functions)

Roles and Responsibilities :

Maintain and update student records on online portals.

Assist students in understanding and completing the necessary paperwork, providing guidance and support as required.

Collect, verify, and process student documentation.

Ensure data accuracy and manage updates in a timely manner.

Exhibit strong attention to detail and maintain high standards of quality.

Adhere to and follow established process-driven workflows.

Assist in preparing reports and compliance-related documentation.

An ideal candidate should have : (Skills)

Basic knowledge of Excel (including VLOOKUP and XLOOKUP functions).

Strong organizational and data management skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
